FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
• Is there a staircase to the studio?
Yes. Our studio is located on Level 1 and is not wheelchair-friendly.
• Can children join the session?
Yes, infants and children are welcome. Please note that children aged 4 and above will be counted as an additional personin the package.
• How long is a photo session?
Each session lasts 15 minutes, so please arrive on time.
• When will I receive my photos?
Photos will be ready within 5–10 minutes via AirDrop for iPhone and Google Photos for Android.
• Can I bring a pet?
Yes, pets are allowed as long as they are safe.
• How do I make payment?
Payment is through online booking only. Walk-ins are not accepted.
• Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, you can reschedule at least 1 in advance, subject to available slots.
